Hood Warfare 2 Killstreaks
Hood Warfare 2’s killstreaks swap CoD’sPrecision airstrikes for street chaos — AI homies, SUV drive-bys, and a snitch who doxes the whole enemy team. Here’s every streak and how to use it.
The two best value streaks are Snitch (reveals every enemy on your minimap — free wins for your whole team) and Homies (three AI allies who fight alongside you). Save Drive By for objective modes where 45 seconds of area denial swings a round.
All killstreaks
| Killstreak | What it does | Best used in |
|---|---|---|
| Snitch | Shows every enemy on your team’s minimap | Every mode — intel is never wasted |
| Homies | Three AI gang members with Glocks join you — one life each | Turf War, Chain Snatch |
| Drive By | Calls an SUV that drives through the map spraying the area for ~45 seconds | Hit A Lick bag pushes, zone pressure |
| Sooie Bomber | A Homie with C4 charges enemies and detonates | Breaking held rooms and plant sites |
| Cluster Strike | Area bombardment from above (details still being documented as the meta settles) | Open-area denial — Suburbs streets |
| Claymore | Placed explosive that triggers on enemies | Holding zones, guarding bags, locking Destroy The Block sites |
How killstreaks work
Killstreaks are earned by chaining kills without dying, CoD-style. A few mechanics worth knowing:
- Streaks reset on death. Play for streaks in low-risk modes; in Destroy The Block’s one-life rounds, streak calls mid-round can flip it entirely.
- Snitch first, always. Its team-wide intel means a single player calling it helps five. Low streak requirement, massive value — the first streak every player should learn.
- Homies hold ground better than they push. They’re AI with Glocks and one life each — park them on a capped zone or your bag, don’t expect them to win fights for you.
- Drive By is a distraction engine. The SUV draws fire and forces movement even when it isn’t killing. Time it to cover a bag carry or a rotation.
Killstreak strategy by mode
| Mode | Pick | Why |
|---|---|---|
| GangBang | Snitch → Homies | Intel snowballs TDM; homies add free kills. |
| Turf War | Homies → Claymore | Both hold territory without you babysitting. |
| Hit A Lick | Drive By → Snitch | SUV covers the bag run home; Snitch finds defenders. |
| Destroy The Block | Claymore → Sooie Bomber | One life per round makes placed explosives brutal. |
| Chaos | Snitch | In FFA, minimap intel is the whole game. |
Killstreaks FAQ
How many kills do you need for each killstreak?
Exact thresholds are being pinned down as the community tests them — Snitch is the lowest, Drive By and Cluster Strike the highest. The in-game loadout menu lists each streak’s requirement.
Can killstreaks be shot down or destroyed?
Homies die normally (one life each). The Drive By SUV can be destroyed with enough fire. Claymores can be shot — watch for the tell-tale placement spots in lanes.
Do killstreak kills count toward weapon challenges?
Kills from AI streaks (Homies, Sooie Bomber, Drive By) generally don’t count toward your per-weapon challenges — grind challenges in modes where you’re doing the shooting.
What does “Sooie” mean?
“Sooie” is the hog-calling shout — the streak sends a Homie charging like a boar with C4 strapped on. Peak Hood Warfare tone.
